FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As we frequently update our stocks with new items and fresh quality products, you can expect a slightly different in terms of brand or packaging. However, you can expect the best quality at any point in time.
In addition, we do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible.
If we cannot get the item, we will cancel your order immediately and notify you accordingly.
You will be able to view your sales receipt if you register an account or login while you make your purchases.
If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened item(s) or in original condition with the invoice within 2 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept returns on any product that has been modified/damaged. We also do not accept returns on fresh food/ready-made food products.
We mostly deliver within specified areas in Qatar (Doha, Alkhor, Al Wakra, etc.). Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed with us or as notified, and are delivered at your chosen Delivery Address.
